Google is supporting new solar projects in Oklahoma.

Google has entered into long-term agreements with Leeward Renewable Energy (LRE) to support over 700 megawatts (MW) of solar projects in Oklahoma. The projects are strategically located to support our data center operations; in fact, one portfolio will be located less than one mile from our data center in Pryor, Oklahoma.

This project is part of our goal to operate on 24/7 carbon-free energy by 2030.
