Educators are at the heart of learning. As AI evolves, Google.org is committed to helping navigate this next frontier while keeping the vital teacher-student relationship front and center.

We are announcing new funding at the 2026 ISTE conference to support three long-term partners:

aiEDU: Co-developing comprehensive AI readiness strategies with leaders of high-need K-12 districts while also building open-source blueprints other districts can follow. This expanded effort builds on a model that has already reached over 48,000 educators and impacted nearly two million students nationwide.ISTE: Funding a field study, summit, and insights report on AI-informed assessments to save educator time and advance personalized student growth.Renaissance Philanthropy: Supporting the Reimagining Assessment initiative, featuring an open call this September and an RFI open for your input today.

By equipping teachers with critical AI literacy and insights, we are investing in the future of learning and the educators who shape it.
